RETURN POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
However, the return must meet the following conditions:

The item(s) must include all original components and accessories, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was received.

The product must have only been handled as necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Damage due to careless use will void the return eligibility.

Items that involve hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.

The product must be reported as defective immediately upon delivery.

We reserve the right to charge shipping fees to the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the return meets all conditions, it will be officially confirmed within that timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through actions not attributable to us.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions stated above, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

We will then contact you and provide the return address.
Never send returns back to the sender's address. We will supply the correct return address once we are notified.
Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided they are a natural person acting for purposes not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.
A. Cancellation Conditions
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive(s) the last item from your order.
As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it has started, and refunds are not possible until the goods have been returned to us.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (SHOP NAME) with a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to cancel the contract.
The withdrawal is considered complete only once we have received the goods.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Goods in Transit
Since our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control.
If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible.
In this case, please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us.
Of course, you may still inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.
To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly request that you send us a proof of shipment once the return has been initiated.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding:

Any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us
This refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after:

We have received your cancellation notice

The returned goods have been received by us
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
No fees will be charged for the refund.
IMPORTANT
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA, AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
